Is my booking financially protected?

As a member of Personal Holiday Advisors, we can offer the ultimate financial security and peace of mind with ABTA and ATOL protection on all applicable bookings. We recognise that a holiday is a big financial commitment and want you to feel safe and confident in booking with us.

What about travel insurance?

We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance through a reputable insurer as soon as you book. If you require cover for any medical conditions, are over 70, or for activities not included in standard cover (eg. scuba diving, climbing, or cruise cover) then we would advise seeking quotes for insurance before you book your trip with us. Please check your policy for levels of cover to make sure you are protected.

Do you book group travel?

Absolutely! We know that planning travel for a large group can be really stressful, so we're here to help. We can handle large bookings of any group size and for all sorts of travel including hen & stag do's, weddings abroad, school trips and conferences. We will ask you to confirm who is the lead passenger - they will be responsible for maintaining contact between us and your party and any changes to your booking will have to be agreed with them. They should always be over 18 and it may not be possible to change that passenger once the booking is confirmed.

Can you apply for my visa?

At the moment we do not offer a visa service. If you are unsure on how to apply for your visa then please get in touch and we will be able to point you in the right direction about where to apply without being charged a service fee. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the correct visa and a valid passport for travel, so please make sure you have time to apply before you travel.
